The company ProElektronika was founded with a clear idea of becoming a leading distributor of industrial automation equipment in Croatia and the wider ex-Yu region. In addition to supplying spare parts for automation equipment, we also offer our customers replacements for existing hard-to-source industrial equipment. However, our main focus is on supplying equipment, complete systems, and solutions for local System Integrators and OEM customers.

Our advantage over the competition lies in our high level of technical expertise in automation, mechatronics, energy systems, and electrical engineering. All members of our Sales and Technical Support teams are automation engineers (Vocational/Higher Vocational School or Bachelor’s degree) with experience from the real sector. Our employees regularly receive training from our principals abroad, making them skilled and certified for the tasks mentioned.

We would also like to emphasize a crucial and essential component that accompanies the sale of industrial automation equipment, which is Technical Support. This support provides assistance in choosing the right electrical equipment, component configuration, parameterization of equipment and systems, assistance during commissioning, and equipment training. Our training sessions are tailored to the needs of our customers and the equipment they use. These sessions are held at our Training Center in Zagreb.

Furthermore, we are proud of our excellent relationships with our principals, which enable us to provide outstanding technical support, access to knowledge bases, and the latest technologies, all with good delivery times for the equipment we represent – a key to successful operations today.

Over the years, we have established an impressive warehouse in Zagreb, enabling us to deliver goods within 24 hours or even faster for urgent situations during production interruptions. Our inventory includes over 4.000 different items such as HMI’s, PLC’s, frequency inventers, servo systems, all kinds of sensors, as well as additional equipment, industrial power supplies, industrial connectors, and more.
